We can supplement your existing team or function as your Asia sourcing office.
Quality inspections start long before the production process does. With our experienced Quality Assurance and Inspection team, we schedule quality inspection visits at supplier sites and make unannounced visits to ensure quality standards are met from start to finish.
We’ve found in our years of experience that this process drastically reduces the possibility of product defects and ultimately keeps your customers happy and you in business.
On-Site Inspections (OSI)
During our On-Site Inspections (OSI) The inspection of products operates at different stages of the production line, focusing on and not limited to the following:
- Checking the sample for any defects / deviation from approved quality parameters
- Defect root cause identification (if any)
- Implement effective ways in which any found production line faults can be rectified
- Inspect and detect any quality linkages at different stages of the production line
- Carry out component quality inspections before assembly (Where assembly is required)
- Provide Quality Inspection Reports (QIR) with digital pictures during inspection stages.
- Implement Quality Rectification Reports (QRR) with digital pictures (if applicable)
- Verify the execution of Quality Rectification Reports (QRR) prior to accepting production completion.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
A Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is performed when at least 80% of your products have been completed, packed and ready for shipment.
Pre-Shipment Inspections are performed in accordance to the Acceptable Quality Standard Level (AQSL) established between you and your supplier. During inspection, our Quality Assurance Team (QAT) checks the available quantity, and then takes samples based on the internationally recognized statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, BS 6001-1, and ISO 2859-1.
Our team will verify quantity, style, color, workmanship, size, packing and shipping marks. All with the view to ensure that the final product meets the contractual specifications and conforms to the approved sample. You will receive from our QAT a detailed Final Inspection Report, with digital images and completion dates.
